Breif round-up

3 subjects on the table

Pre January thoughts and aims

  1. Loan for Semenyo is key, get him game time and experience.
  2. New dynamic midfielder with a range of passing, Forest’s Tiago Silva is the type of player we need, or recall Walsh.
  3. Keep Brownhill (give him a new contract) or sell him for 25m plus
  4. Sign a quality striker, release Rodri, and spend money on 1 or 2 punts from abroad
  5. Kick Bailey Wright out the door, with Williams excelling in red

International Robins

  1. Fantastic work from Ben Pearson and Joe Low to feature in games for Wales u19s
  2. Kalas benched and rested for Czech Republic
  3. Ashley Williams once again not starting for Ryan Giggs’ Wales squad despite being captain
  4. Diedhiou scores a hat-trick for Senegal despite penalty miss
  5. Morrell absolutely shines for Wales against Azerbaijan

Robins linked with new striker

Lyndon Jackson is the latest name that has been discussed for the vacant star striker role at Ashton Gate. According to Team Talk the club are one of six to be tracking the Livingston forward. At 6ft 2in the Aussie born Scotsman is perhaps not the best man for the job, in my opinion, as we already have Diedhiou for the target man role. Find out more :
